Most of our items sold in a shop are taskworks, so if you would not like the item we sent or it would not fit, we will not be able to change the pattern of the same product. You will be offered to choose from the other goods available at that time, or we will return the money in accordance with our terms of repayment.

1. Do you send items to all countries of the world?

We send items to most countries around the world. More than a dozen countries still are not included, but if there is a buyer from such country, and delivery service company through which we send parcels can deliver to this country, we will definitely add this into our system and you would be able to buy the item. About such a desire you should inform us by e-mail: info@balticgift.com. We apologize those buyers, in whose countries the delivery service company do not send the parcels.

2. Are all the items in the shop authors taskworks / unit items?

Most items are unit and the authors do not duplicate copies of the works. Our authors are very creative people and they think: "Making a copy, this is not creating anymore".
They are thrusting  and want to implement any new idea. We also have a small series of items. It is usually items and works made by a family and there are as many items as family was able to make.
