Before sending your ordered items to you, we thoroughly check the quality. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase for personal reasons (inappropriate size or color), the customer may return the item within 14 days of receipt and retrieve any amount paid for the goods. Seller accepts the return of high-quality goods only if the item has not been used and was not damaged.
Return shipping costs shall be paid by the customer.

Some of the author‘s task works in the e-shop are non-refundable. They are specially marked in the e-shop.

If you want to return the item:

You must inform us by email at: return@balticgift.com to get a return form with the return authorization number, which you will have to write on the returned package. Please provide us with your order number and reason for returning the goods, (not that good, which you ordered, wrong size, etc.) to receive a return authorization number. Within 2 working days from receipt of the message we will send you revised return terms.
- Please note that the shipping of goods - refund and insurance costs are not reimbursed.
- Returned goods must be insured by Courier Company or the fair value of the sum insured.
If the returned product does not have return authorization number, we do not accept it. There is no refund or exchange of goods without a return authorization number.
The returned item must be in the original packaging and have all the documents that have been put into package. Write the address that we sent you and return authorization number on the package. The copy of the invoice, which we sent you with your requested item, must be added into the package.
Make sure that your name, address and a return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the box.
We assume no responsibility for the returned goods loss or damage.
You may not use any advertising or sales benefits that may be associated with a product that you are returning.
You will be offered for the amount paid by you to purchase another item from our store, and if you refuse, we will return the money to your account.

       Money return terms
If you decide to return the items, money will be transferred to your bank account within 5 work days, since the day when we receive the items.
